Q House, Dublin

A new-build, office development in the south of Dublin, designed by DMOD Architects. It was a multi-tenanted, seven-story building, built overlooking a colonnaded courtyard below. We designed the lighting for public access areas, including the entrance and lift lobbies, the external walkways and courtyard zone. The emphasis is on a strongly identified circulation route running up through the lift cores and out onto the external colonnades. These walkways are built around a central square into which the eye is drawn at night and where the feature items are concentrated to theatrical effect.
