No.1 King William Street, London

This was the wholesale redevelopment of an old banking hall in the City of London for Kajima Properties, for which Pritchard Themis developed the solution for the reception hall, including the design for a grand feature pendant at the heart of the space. An ‘invisible’ finish, plaster-in ceiling rose connection was conceived and developed for the 152no pendant points, along with the support frame behind the plaster that could only have four fixing points back to structure. Various other lighting solutions defined the timber walls and provided additional focus.
