Completed in 2016, this project involved the overhaul of the main council chamber and reception areas for Millmead House, the headquarters for the borough council. Pritchard Themis designed a scheme that was adaptable for various uses, low energy and easily maintainable but still a scheme that invigorated these spaces with a suitable level of drama and focus of thought. Lighting helped define a clear segregation of zones and various lighting settings helped change the mood over the varying times and varied uses of the building.
